Excellent outlook for workplace learning specialist

Brightwave, one of Europe's leading workplace communications, learning and performance support specialists, has more than doubled its turnover in its last financial year. The strong growth has been fuelled by the addition of over a dozen organisations to an already extensive client list as well as high levels of repeat business.

"It's been an excellent year for us", said Managing Director Charles Gould. "Everything has gone according to plan. We have expanded our client base, taken on seven new fee-earning staff, brought new software products to market and moved into new offices in central Brighton." In addition, Brightwave has broken all records for customer satisfaction feedback. "That’s the foundation of our success", said Gould. "We have really focused on excellent, innovative design and very high quality of service and delivery."

With several new contracts recently landed and a strong pipeline, the future also looks positive. "Our strengthening financial position gives us increasing opportunities for investment and further growth." concluded Gould.
